We are not able to refund or replace the gift card delivered to the email address successfully. Please consider before the purchase that some gift cards are specific to a country or a region and they may not work in countries outside of the country or region where it can be redeemed.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund transactions if you have sent your Bitcoin and crypto to an address other than the one displayed on the payment page.

If you overpay for an order, we can refund the excess amount to your to your wallet address.

You can easily get a refund for orders that failed due to technical issues or problems caused by the operator or supplier. Here are the options available to you depending on your payment method:

Refund to a crypto address: If you paid with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or any other cryptocurrency, you can receive a refund directly to your wallet. You can send us your wallet address and order id number via our contact form. After checks, you will receive the refund instantly.

Binance Pay: For payments made using Binance Pay, refunds can be processed directly back to your Binance account. To receive a refund via Binance Pay, contact us via our contact form and provide your order number. Refunds will be provided after checks are made.

Sometimes during high load on the Bitcoin network, and especially with obsolete wallets that don't use proper fee estimations, transactions don't confirm quickly. Your money is completely safe during this time as they actually remain in your wallet until the 1st confirmation is received- if your transaction ends up not being confirmed, the bitcoins will appear in your wallet again.

This message comes up when we do not detect your payment in the time window assigned for your invoice. When we quote a price in Crypto payments, we can only honor that price for 60 minutes due to their price volatility.

If you sent your payment after this time, please contact us via our contact form with your wallet address and the amount you sent. Your refund will be processed.

If you haven't made your payment yet, you can add the product back to the cart and place your order.

If you see an “Out of stock” notification, the product may be out of stock for a short time due to problems with the brands you have selected. Within 6 - 24 hours, you can check the product stock status again. You can explore other options available for the same brand product. For example, if a 100 EUR Amazon Gift Card is out of stock, you can try a 50 EUR Amazon Gift Card that may be in stock.

Refund requests made through cryptocurrencies take one workday to be reflected in your account, including average processing times.

If you encounter problems when requesting a refund, there may be a number of reasons for this.

For unconfirmed transactions, if your payment transaction has not yet been confirmed in the blockchain, your refund request may fail. Please wait for the transaction to be confirmed and once it is, you can request your refund.

If the provided wallet address was entered incorrectly, the refund cannot be processed. Check the address you entered again and make sure it matches your payment method details. You can request a refund again with the correct address.

Your refund may have been sent to the address you specified. Please do not forget to check your wallet or account.

If your issue is still not resolved and it is not one of these reasons, please contact us for further assistance. A screenshot of the error, a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, etc. will help us resolve the issue faster. 

After placing the order, you have an average of 60 minutes to make a transaction on the wallet address screen that appears. After 60 minutes, your transaction will be deemed unsuccessful and you can add it to the cart again and make a purchase.
