Your orders are delivered as soon as your payment is secured, and confirmed onchain. Some crypto payments can be accepted instantly. Transaction confirmation is automatically received for payments made by credit / debit card. Delivery is sent to you instantly after the order.

Cryptocurrencies may require further network confirmation before payment is accepted and your order is delivered. Once in-chain confirmation is received and payment is received by Megarefill, your order will be updated and the product will be delivered. If you do not keep the payment window on your device open, you will also receive a confirmation email when the order is completed.

If you want to remove your account, you can contact us and submit your request. Your account will be removed as soon as possible. If your orders failed, the promo code will remain unused and you will be able to use the same promo code on another purchase.

Please provide all useful order info that you have (order ID, payment address, email address, or the phone number you are topping up).

If these are not the cases, you might have sent the Bitcoin and crypto amount to the wrong receiving address or entered the wrong email or phone number. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse or refund transactions in these cases. Also if an order has been delivered successfully we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days from the date of the transaction.
